REDEEM YOUR PLAY ON! VOUCHER
Queensland Government now runs the Play On! Sports Vouchers program (previously known as FairPlay). Eligible families can apply for a voucher of up to $200 to help cover the cost of club registrations, memberships or participation fees with a registered activity provider.
Creadaptic Volleyball Club proudly accepts Play On! Vouchers issued by the Queensland Government.
Once you have applied for and been issued a Play On! voucher, you can redeem it with us by simply heading to our contact page.
Please ensure that you include in the contact form, your voucher number, date of birth and the membership/event/competition name.
